Practice Protection Network™ LLC and Wellness Tree Counseling LCSW PLLC are separate legal entities. Information submitted to one business is not automatically submitted to the other.

 

7. No Clinical or Health-Information Submission

Practice Protection Network™ LLC does not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or other clinical services through this Website.

Do not submit client names, initials, dates of birth, medical-record information, protected health information, confidential case details, or other information that could identify a client through Website forms, email, course evaluations, community spaces, or consultation requests.

Information submitted to PPN is not part of a psychotherapy record, and use of this Website does not create a therapist-client relationship.
